How to Return an Item

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, just follow these simple steps:

Contact us at info@nineteensix-six.com to request a Returns Number (RN).
Make sure your item is:
- In its original condition
- Unworn (trying it on is fine, but no signs of wear, washing, or damage)
- With all original tags still attached

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or style? No problem. As long as the item is in stock and meets our return conditions, we’ll happily exchange it for you.

Sale Items

Please note: Sale items are non-refundable. However, if your size or preferred item is available, we’ll gladly offer an exchange.

What Counts as “Unworn”?

Trying it on? Totally fine. But if the item has:

Makeup stains
Signs of wear or odour
Been washed or altered
Missing tags

…we won’t be able to accept the return, and the item will be sent back to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that’s faulty or not what you ordered, please email us immediately at info@nineteensix-six.com. We’ll fast-track your return and make it right.

UK & Worldwide Returns

We accept returns from both UK and international customers. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
